Ashley Ann Smith, 30, reportedly targeted residents at the Kane McKeesport Community Living Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she worked as a licensed practical nurse. Her snaps, taken between May 2017 and August 2018, reportedly show elderly people in various states of undress, with others ‘in need of immediate care and in private situations.’ A video she allegedly shot is said to show a naked patient undergoing an intimate medical procedure, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.
